When a friend asked me for a healthy blend recipe today, I pictured the kale in my refrigerator.
My automatic response…“JUST USE KALE.” Kale is THE superfood of all superfoods (read this book for proof). Put kale in your blend + you’re golden. Another thought: “THINK GREEN.” Spinach, cucumbers, celery, parsley, maybe some romaine…
And then sweeten it or spice it up. The key ingredient to ALL blends (and to LIFE)? Imagination.
Imagination is KEY. Experiment. If it turns out gross, try again. Or just drink it + IMAGINE that it tastes good.
Total win-win if you ask me.
