I’ve been on a chocolate kick lately. I can’t get enough of the stuff. I think that my newfound obsession stems from the time I’ve been spending w my friends at Perfect Fuel Chocolate – teaching guests at Whole Foods and racers at 5k’s about the delicious awesomeness of the ginseng-packed, super dark, all organic, certified vegan (dairy & soy free), healthy chocolate. I don’t feel guilty eating Perfect Fuel chocolate because it’s designed for health conscious people and has only 4 ingredients. No processed crap! Definitely a win-win for someone who likes chocolate as much as me.

I made a blend tonight w chocolate powder because (no brainer) I was craving chocolate. ( I would have used PF chocolate, but I ate it all and need to buy more…that will be a future blend for sure).

Chocoholic Blend: Light Coconut Milk (you can buy it in a can), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Cinnamon, Water, Frozen Berries
