We usually think of deadbeats as unorganized, financially inept losers.

But we need to shift our thinking.

According to credit card companies, deadbeats are people with an action plan. Financially organized and savvy. Capable of delaying gratification and definitely disciplined.

We are deadbeats because we pay the balance of our credit card in FULL each month. We ignore the lure of minimum payments and never let interest accrue. We question questionable fees and report fraud as soon as it happens. We are proactive. We’ve done our research.

We know that credit cards are our tool for more FREEDOM. 

Adventures abound when we use our credit cards like the deadbeats that we are. Free plane rides to far away places, free hotel rooms, free rental cars. Cash. Rewards for being in control of our spending and only using the portable piece of plastic when we can actually afford to use it.

Because we know how to use them, credit cards give us wings to fly.
